Act like a Knicks team with John Starks as its best player or those Denver and Atlanta teams from the 90's had any business winning a title in any eranikkaz is jus naming cats in the 90s. Glen Rice? Lol . Ima G money fan.. but that Heat team he was on and the Hornets squad were not contenders at all.. at best..conference semis..

:lolwtf: I wasn't aware MJ was on the 2011 Chicago Bulls team. Thanks for clarifying.
Miami showed you just press and double DRose and force the other Bulls players to score and they will fold. They really struggled if Rose wasn't dropping and assisting for 50+ a night.
Yeah, I'm a bit biased, but I don't think the Bulls presented enough challenges for that Mavs team. They dealt with the back to back Lakers, Thunder trio, and Heatles.
Like I said, DRose and role players?
Thibs' system and MVP Rose carried them to a great 1 seed and ECF appearance. That was their ceiling.

That 97-98 Hornets team had Glen Rice, Vlade Divac, Tony Delk, Anthony Mason, David Wesley, Dell Curry, Bobby Phills, etc.
They won 51 games that season.
They weren't necessarily a championship squad. But, they would have given the Jazz a good series if they could have gotten past the Bulls.
This thread is weird.
You cant talk about denying people a championship when those players haven't retired yet.
We can say Jordan denied Barkley cuz Barkley is retired lol

I wouldn't doubt that Harden and Westbrook will retire without a ring.![]()
how would you know that?
MJ retired for a year and a half or whatever so thinking Ewing or Barkley wouldn't be able to sneak one in wasn't the case
.
