Aight I feel where you coming from and I do not agree. It's a big reason people in poverty are profiled and looked like criminals. It's a common belief that keeps people in poverty feeling like something is wrong with them.

We are going off topic. My original post was about Yummy, his unique life as an 11 year old Chicago gang banger and being murdered by other minors.

your talking points involved violence having no association with poverty yet you corrected someone for comparing a kid raised in a violent society with grown klan members.

anyway for arguments sake, we keep it kim and always keep in mind the social determinants of health.

Simply being poor was the least of Yummy's worries and we can leave it at that. This discussion was good because it made me think about how others view poverty. God bless.

He would have to be completely rehabilitated. I’m talking moved to another state, with a rich benefactor, with tons of resources who could get him his own private teachers, and then eventually enroll him in private school with other kids, then expose him to different things (events, field trips) to continue expanding his mind. With that environment you can turn most kids into scholars. Honestly if I was a billionaire that would be how I would give back. I would create the flyest boarding school you could imagine for at risk kids. Shyt would look like Wayne Manor. So under these circumstances, you could change him IMO but if you kept him in his environment, no.

Yummy Sandifer deserved death. People forget he killed a random teenage girl. Dudes want to talk that "b...b..but he was a kid" shyt but it would be a whole different story if that teenage girl was their sister, cousin or a friend.
It would also be a different story if he was your son, or little brother or nephew.
