r/FashionReps r/DesignerReps r/Repladies has been keepign alot of imaginary players fed the chinese and customers on those subs got a rapport so when shyt is messed up they actually fix it and post QC pics making sure the bags,hoodies,etc is close to the original as possible.

even heard them mf chinese woring on them 1:1 berkin bag reps for the ladies

I've only copped team sports apparel from those subs shyt is

Some of the 1:1 gear I see on there keep tempting me, like the Off-White x Nike Air Presto, I might have to go ahead and do that

At the end of the day the thing about the fake vs real argument is it classism at its worst and ego driven (on both sides). nikkas will either get clown you for wearing fakes & not paying $1000+ for real thing and tell you "go shop at zara and h&m where you can afford" or will clown you for buying clothes from those places & not having the pricier Supreme,Gucci pieces as them.(i.e the "Then I spent 400 bucks on this Just to be like nikka you ain't up on this!" mentality) Either way you cant win lol.




Also huge percentage people don't even know what high end fashion looks like to start with let alone how to tell a rep vs and original piece & i aint talking bout the BS you see on dhgate or wish.com lol.You can tell its some ass nikkas on thecoli that still think its 01-05 and the chinese is ONLY putting out that blatantly fake shyt still
Like i posted before there are forums where the customers who buy reps are in contact with the repmakers in china & they help em fix the mistakes on items and getting it 1:1 or synonymous to the original piece.On average most people cant tell the diffrence unless you are one who is deep into the fashion game & your constantly buying high end stuff monthly & yearly & know the texture of what fabric is used,the wash color,type of leather, what collection/season/year the article of clothing came from etc that will be the only way & even then you gotta get up close and inspect.Most the time people can buy the expensive shyt they wont bc they dont feel the retail price is justified cant blame em

like i said china stepped they game up and is fixing shyt now i was surprised to find this out too.They had them off white blazers that just came out and i saw the 1st batch and it had flaws out the ass by version 3 that shyt was damn near identical even dudes who buy retail on them subs compare the their retail vs fake and sell off the real for the cash and rock the fake

game done changed

I'm gonna drop some real shyt on this topic. There are levels to the knockoff game. The way to really get it is to either know Cantonese or Mandarin or know someone that does. Shyt now is so underground that to really get good stuff you have to know a Chinese plug and conduct business through WeChat.

Some of the high quality shyt that people say is 1:1 ain't even knock offs though ,it's actually just smuggled out of the factories so you are actually just buying hot goods, but like I said those are the WeChat vendors. TaoBao, iOffer, etc. those are regular knockoffs. The high end fakes aren't that much cheaper than retail for obvious reasons. I knew a few guys that did tours of factories in Guangzhou China as a startup and they said there's all types of corruption that goes on and they spend a lot of time trying to keep their intellectual property from hitting the streets and also correcting manufacturing errors. They had to fly out there twice a week because the Chinese factory managers be on some "It's good enough" mess when the workers put in some halfass work

I don't mess with the knockoffs myself now, but sometimes you ain't got any options if you want something that isn't produced anymore like previous seasons, if there isnt a secondhand market for it
