I've been to the Mosque Cathedral of Cordoba and the Alhambra palace in Grenada..both places were the last strongholds of the Moors...I enjoyed itand what is to see in spain of all place?

Black People travel to europe too much imo. My parents went to France last year.
I'd rather go to Jamaica or somewhere in Africa. Never understood that desire to travel halfway around the world just to be surrounded by more white people and try to connect to a culture you have no ties with. Most other groups visit their "motherland" most often when they travel, Asian people go to China, or Japan. Italian people go to Italy, Indians go to India, etc etc, But black people go to Dubai, France or Spain.
Not saying you shouldn't travel to those places ever, but we rarely travel to the actual places we have roots in.
Barcelona is great.
Its cool that all the upgrades they made for the 1992 Olympics are still pretty nice like the cable car (Montjuïc Funicular) up to the Olympic village.
They don't really used Olympic stadium anymore but its pretty much a national park that you can explore once you get up there.
The Gaudi stuff is cool. The hottest ticket is the church he built called Sagrada Família that's been under construction since 1882.

I've been to plenty of African countries and I would still visit Spain again. Two totally different experiences and both worth it.
Like i said, nothing wrong with visiting spain. Just seems like black folks have a stronger preference for non black countries. That doesn't appear to be the case with any other group of people.

Because traveling in Africa requires way more planning and has way more barriers. Its not some place you can lazily book like Europe, the Caribbean, or Latin America.
