This is just personal taste for me. There are too many variables to compare them. Some amazing musicians, some amazing singers,some amazing writers and some amazing performers. If the question was more precise maybe the order would change

Stevie has the best hit records. But mj has most hit records. Hard to quantify which value deserves the crown. I can put up like 12 mj songs that the average person will recognize anywhere in the entire world. But none are as good as the best 5 stevie songs.
