I will say if Christie runs, the U.S. would show it has really made strides if it elected a really overweight president...still diversity...in a sense.
I can't think of one, highly visible overweight person in the U.S. who has more power than him right now. You just don't see really overweight/obese people in high ranking positions in the government/major institutions/government.
Let's discuss why that's the case and whether, indirectly, Christie could be the champion of overweight people across the country...especially if he runs and wins.
