I get most of my games at Bestbuy. Atleast when I sell my other games to BB they have that 100% trade in. So if the game is worth $10 they give you $20 for it.

But people in here are being pretty naive, unless you want to do more work like selling via ebay, craigslist etc then don't expect a corporation to try and be all fair with your money.

I think they key to getting the best outta Gamestop is going when you get an extra percentage out of trade-in's and know a good gamestop that wont try to genk you out of all your dough on them refurbished fees.

Personally I love trading games I`m completely through with, for 3 news games for $20 bucks.

Fact is anyone with a brain should know by now that Gamestop is going to buy your game for a lot lower than they're gonna sell it. Simple business 101 buy low sell high.

You walking in there shocked and upset and there $20 offer just is a reflection of how you have not come to grips with reality.

For a new game that just came out, 50% is a minimum being reasonable. But when you got other shyt that they are marking up 300% plus that is robbery man.

luckily when I'm too lazy/impatient to go the online route, there's an alternative place called Play N Trade by where I live that doesn't rip you off quite as much.

For pre-orders and trade-ins. I don't go to Gamestop anymore unless I REALLY want a game right away. Plus I'm a Priime member and don't get taxed and can use the credit on whatever I want.

One time I had a new game. I messed it up so I went to Walmart and got a brand new one, said that it didnt work when I got it. They gave me a brand new one, but they cut off the plastic. I went to gamestop right after, this fagggot cac gone take the game out and look at it talking about he'll give me 7 buccs for it
