All the sugar vs no sugar folks...i think there is a miscommunication. I fukks with both sugar grits and non sugar grits...and for the most part, they are consumed at different times of day. Shrimp and grits is a dinner meal...no sugar....but butter and sugar in grits is a great morning meal...
