what happened to this dude![]()
You are talking to someone who played RB in college at 5'9 1/2. Now if your making a point that RB's have gotten shorter, then yes, you are correct
My nikka you are 5'11. At 5'11, if your good, you can play any position in the NFL outside of Oline. The top 10 RB's last year in the NFL(Yards) only averaged to 5'10. And thats the NFL, if we look at college it drops an inch. If you ask any Pro Scout the ideal measurements for a RB he will tell you 5'10/5'11 for reasons if I even have to explain, it will tell me you aren't that knowledgeable on the game. I can't believe someone not under 5'7 made this comment
I would expect it from them, but not a nikka thats 5'11.
Hold on, bruh, I wasn't complaining.... I had options(I'm grown now, so the dream is dead). Most of the athletes that complain about taller basketball and football players are the athletes that are at or under the male average height. I, personally, just made a bad decision(that I would change in a heartbeat if I could). Soccer is just an alternative for shorter players that have explosive athleticism and an aptitude for high sports IQ.
Like I said...... 50-100 million>>>>>>>sitting on the bench behind Kobe, Lebron, Durant & Melo. 50-100 million>>>>>> NFL RB money that will mostly go to medical bills after you retire....
There is just more money to be made in soccer.
As someone pointed out earlier, the farm systems of these EURO Leagues are too strong to even think the MLS can compete. Its not that US kids are not playing soccer(I will throw out numbers later) its the level of coaching+competition. You can have millions playing a sport, but if they all suck and have no coaching, it wont matter.
The average MLS is like 50K? That's what you make at a desk job. The level of pay needs to go up
