Shaming doesn't help change people or the situations they're in. It takes help, encouragement and motivation.
If you were a broke nikka, down on his luck shaming you is not going to make you want to do something about it, but if you had somebody helping you look for a job or a hustle, encouraging you to get out of your situation then you would be more likely to do so.
Same thing with us fat girls. You try to shame a girl for being fat won't do a Damn thing to make her want to lose weight because 1. She already knows she big 2. She's probably secure in her self and 3. What's your "no" to all the "yes" that she's getting from other dudes.
However if you're genuinely concerned for our health and you want to help us become more healthy and all that good stuff then you would help ,encourage and support us on our journey instead of fat shaming and trying to make us feel bad for being something that works weather it works specifically for you or not.
Appearance is superficial, so if you're fat shaming me then your opinion automatically doesn't matter to me because your judging me based of off looks and not my personality.
