California ain't number one unless you got a lot of money. Arguably the worst state to be broke in cuz it has a way of keeping you that way too

NC is highly underrated
DMV area is definitely up there
Georgia lit but I don't know bout actually living there. ATL overcrowded but a lot of educated black people there
Texas is overrated but still good
I don't think louisiana should be on the list tho
Michigan is underrated as well
