SPIN: What are some things you do/say at work that makes cacs nervous?

Never go to lunch with them and tell them I'm just going home (I really do go home too)

When I take significant PTO and don't tell them why if they ask, I can tell that makes them nervous.

Absolutely nothing. Fools thought I was a mute when I first got hired. Then they noticed me only interacting with the brehs and brehettes when it came to talking about shyt outside of work so they ain't like that.

I'm not one of those friendly negroes. Im professional and super polite when it comes to WORK RELATED TOPICS. I only mostly talk to the Black people at my job socially. Not because I'm a racist or anything. It's just that Black people, for the most part, are usually the coolest, most relatable, and least snitchinest mothafukkas at every work place. That's been my experience consistently and I've been in the work force for 25 years

Cacs? Mexicans? Asians? All management kiss asses and back stabbers. Laughing in your face and acting cool one day, complete 180 and throwing you under the bus to HR the next over the most minuscule shyt. So I only fukk with my folks

Them CACs and wannabe CACs can't stand that shyt. If you ain't at a job being the friendly, buck dancing, non-threatening Black person that's sharing all of their business and fake laughing at their corny ass, unseasoned jokes, they're leery of you

Employ a vernacular that requires them to briefly abstain from making general assumptions. We can surmise they will reconvene with tha shyts moments later.
