The black family didnt really start falling apart till the 1970's. Thats when italians and irish were fully considered white so they started moving out of the bad neighborhoods and blacks took their place.
In these ghetto neighborhoods c00ns such as nicky barnes and frank lucas would sell their herion to blacks. nikkas were quick to accept it to relieve stress from being in the hood and to make money. And alot of those selling ended up in jail or dead, leaving single mothers to raise kids alone. Drugs REALLY fukked us up.
However those drugs were given to frank lucas and them by the mafia( who were allowed to sell the drugs with the "go" from the government

We need the elders to get their heads out of the sand take responsibility and stop fearing the children and to pass on their wisdom. The kids already feel abandoned. When your parents only has low expectations for you, that's what you are gonna live up to.
We all need to reconnect. The youth are not lost. They just need guidance. Talk to them with respect and they will respect you. We have forgotten how to communicate, how to trust, and how to connect. We can not build if we are divided. Bring back block parties, know your neighbors, keep an eye out for your neighbor's kids, help each other. We are not the enemy. We cannot fight ourselves, and try to fight white supremacy. A fist is stronger than five fingers.
We need tutors, mentors, employers and apprenticeships.
