That double album had filler, but I won't get on Dips too hard for that, most double albums have filler. Even great double albums like AEOM and LAD had filler.

But Straight Outta Compton and 36 Chambers are really solid. Can't think of any weak tracks on 36 and Straight Outta Compton, sans Something 2 Dance 2 (That came out of nowhere ) was nigh unskippable.

a group is a group tho. if theres only one person taking lead in a singing group or a band, do they not qualify as a group?

besides, its kind of a lose-lose situation. people were reluctant to mention those albums in the other thread, myself included.

straight outta Compton starts to fall apart once you flip the tape over.

imo, its the weakest out of all the joints listed in the poll......yet still one of my personal favs in the poll but I gotta keep it funky.

none of this is filler aside from "gangsta", and you can say the "hey ma remix" but shorty on the track made me feel gushy inside.

"let go" is the marvin gaye sample right? I didn't like it but most people seemed to think it was hot.

goat double album. if I can turn back the hands of time, i'd put that up there instead of "infamous" since it doesn't qualify.

If you like it you like it - good for you. To me its filler. I could maybe give you Beautiful Noise. No matter how you slice it about a third of the album is filler to me. Pretty hard to call it the GOAT when I only listen to 2/3 of it.

I went with the Wu but I may have voted for the Dogg Pound if they were on the list. I still listen to some of their first album from time to time and I think it is near classic status. Kurupt was on another level back then. They should definitely be on this list.
