With rumored change coming to NXT and TSC Brehs & Brehetts divided on what caused it, I thought I'd ask where the moment was that the brand began to fall off from the highs it had from 2015-2018?

For me? It was The never-ending mess that was The Gargano/Ciampa feud. I'm not saying that it caused the fall off specifically, but that feud marked where the brand was headed the longer it dragged on following Ciampa's injury. The feud dragged on for what felt like 18 months and the matches got progressively worse as the story unraveled, before coming to an end with a double turn that should've happened at Takeover: Brooklyn IV.

actually I didn’t even really like Finn’s run that much either but I think it was mostly the Gargano era

Andrade/Gargano for the title was a fantastic match, but Brooklyn III was NXT's apex PPV, that was literally the first match of that card.

It really declined after that. Asuka gave up the title, Drew's babyface run was tepid, and it's undisputed that there was an era.

But it died to me personally when Gargano turned heel and has this stable extending his boring time in NXT.

The stable has grown on me now though a tiny bit
