I think a lot of people get "underrated" and "slept on" mixed up.
I see a lot of names that got their props at one time or another.
I'd like to add Wise Intelligence and O.C. to my previously mentioned names as underrated.
There are so many, and they will probably all come back into my mind when this thread is long gone lol - Even though it probably gets made on a weekly basis anyways.

Erule would be my top pick. This cat always has been an unbelievable MC for damn near 20yrs and he's barely known.

Boots from The Coup. He's in my personal top 5 and I never see them get the props they deserve, especially when mentioning conscious/political rappers.

Casual. Probably the dopest cat in the whole Hiero camp.
