rollins and reigns are not marquee players.

They've been pushed from the second they came to the main roster. You can't complain about a lack of star power then say they don't build any new stars. It's obvious that Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose are the hand picked main eventers to replace Cena and others.

The looks on their faces say it all :russ:

Cena already implied way back that he was supposed to win at WM28 but rock used his political prowess.

I would have done the same thing but an even more noticeable grin :skip:

you can't make stars out of guys who aren't stars.

i honestly think it's roman/seth, sorry guys.

never before has the main event and/or the main title picture featured such little star power. we might be numb to kane after 15 years but he's still better and more entertaining than roman reigns.

diesel is a legend and was still more over than either of these guys so his feuds are better by default.

don't see how anyone could possibly mention a cena or a hogan feud because those are 2 of the greatest of all time. it's tradition for the top guy to beat on a lower tier contender once in awhile.

whereas with seth and roman I feel like neither of these guys are anywhere close to being real main eventers. the belt has never felt more devalued.

miz/lawler was worse but that felt like a fringe feud. did they have a ppv match?

You typed all that and you admit miz and Lawler as being worse:laff:

Roman is over, just not with marks, he's still wildly cheered
I dunno man, wildly cheered? Do crowds really lose their shyt with this guy? I've never seen it. At best he gets some decent pops, but it's never pandemonium when his music hits.

he displayed natural charisma, was picked by the fans to be next in line, and got a push.

As Rocky Maivia? I remember him being booed out of the Rosemont Horizon at WM13 along with chants of Die Rocky Die. I couldn't understand why that was the case (maybe it was a bit of :mjpls: considering it was Chicago). It wasn't until he became the cocky a$$hole with the Nation that he finally got over.

roman was handpicked by management before he ever got a chance to win over the fans.

Like his cousin Dwayne? Roman and Seth need to be flipped as far as character alignment. Roman is a natural heel, Seth is a natural face.

They aren't enough...fans really chose Bryan, Punk, and Ziggler over the last few years. Cesaro too. Ambrose as well but they still keep giving u Kane and Big Show all the time.
