true. problem is, what you dont know will hurt you.

you may not eat swine or shell fish. but i bet you eat a ton of chicken and/beef. you do realize what they shoot chickens and cows up with right? HORMONES. and ton of it to boot. also a bunch of antibiotics(which can make us more prone to super bugs that cant be fixed by our current antibiotics since you've over used the antibiotics we currently have by eating meats.

I bet you didnt know, all that so called healthy stuff at the vegan food spot is full of soy. I bet you didnt know, that most foods now have soy in them. so you no longer need soy in your diet. its IN your food already. you do know to much soy can produce feminine hormones, even in men. uh oh.... and to much feminine hormones in women could be linked to breast cancer and other cancers.

So basically unless you in your back yard, growing fruits, veggies, and you have your own cows eating the stuff you grow. then you are just as bad off as the rest of us. OH i know you eat "ORGANIC". organic just got popular a few years ago. they've been changing the labeling of ORGANIC foods. did you know that there are different level's of ORGANIC. meaning something could say organic but actually only be partially organic? exactly.
