The heights
I wanted to comment on that other thread but it disappeared. Ive seen African women that looked like that woman in that other thread with African men.

I will say, I get tons of compliments from Brehs and brehettes Everywhere I go. I have locs. There are Brehs who love natural hair.

I see natural women with Brehs out here in Charlotte often enough too. But shyt Im not going to speak on anyone else’s experiences and tell them they dont experience what they’ve said they experienced.

:hubie:

I do think what @Gloxina pointed out about ole girl wearing a loose wavy weave/wig herself as she speaks on this issue funny as hell.
Let’s be real only hood/hood adjacent niqqas and baby boomer c00ns hate when BW wear their natural hair :hubie:

Nah I found a black man telling a black woman he dont like that “peasly ass fro” in a thread about Black women having mental illness for thinking having a peasly ass fro isn’t attractive to a lot BM.
A lot of men =/= all black men.

A couple of tweets with no likes =/= a lot of black men

”All” Black men don’t even like women lol, the same way ”all” black men don’t even like Black women.

Qualifiers are there to distinguish, you’re trying desperately to reduce to absolutes. When Young Thug calls women burnt nappy Africans and sells a million records, what does that represent?

I guess we should check how many likes the video git by your logic lol.

Not to mention its nikkas literally in this thread agreeing that brothers ain’t checkin for that.

Let me ask you a question.

I remember girls having perms and weaves as early as 4th grade.

Those little girls had weaves for black boys? Or was it the BLACK MOTHERS pushing it?

Be HONEST.

I remember black boys were making fun of the smell..... we always hated that shyt - even as children :laff:

kids hate getting their hair combed in the morning, some cry, but their hair is very tangled from playing outside & at recess.

the relaxers are an attempt to ease that process. i disagree with putting relaxers on minors, and i also think the boys in your story making fun of those lil girls calling them smelly probably traumatized them. stuff like that is why some women just wear wigs.

Leaving out all the pulling nonsense, I will say I got way more compliments from white people when I first big chopped and rocked a short fro (not that I was looking for their opinion). Once my natural hair got long, black folks got on board. It is what it is. If it's not gonna be straightened, WE collectively prefer looser textures and/or longer kinky hair. Anybody who says different is lying.

Not me, I LOVE Black women with natural hair :whew:

I bet your natural hair looks great

She exposed the game....she said black women buy that bullshyt to attract the "black men who are paying"

Who are those men ? Rappers & athletes typically.

So basically black women are marketing themselves to the c00n sector of black men.
Paying = courting. Paying for dates, eventually providing.

You have a decent number of women in our community who have never been properly courted, don’t know what it feels like to have a man come through for them, be dependable, etc. I’m not saying ALL, but a good number of those men are attracted to the women who are not necessarily wearing fros and braids and kinky twists 24/7. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The gaslighting in this thread :laff: :deadrose:
So black men. Who lived in hundreds of years of social conditioning along side black women, who also spent decades chasing any exotical they could find, and publically and loudly announcing how they like lite skin/long hair, talm bout chicks jumping in pools and coming out different, white chicks evolving. Nearly 40+ years of celebrities worshiped like GODS influencing blacks, seeing countless images of good things associated with whites and bad associated with black—-but none of that had any impact?
Now all of a sudden, all the brehs love 4c, kinky, Afro hair?!

And black women just lying about their whole collective experience. Like School Daze didn’t exist. Like Martin wasn’t clowning Pam for beady beads. But no. On the Coli, everybody making six figures. Everybody six ft tall. Everybody is a perfect catch and skin tones, hair texture and facial features that approximate white beauty standards don’t have an impact in our community.:mjlol:

Cool story bro. I remember black dudes circa early 2000s CLOWNING black chicks for even THINKING about going natural. Hell that’s part of what spawned the era of Shea butter Twitter. Black chicks literally had to work to enact legislation to protect themselves from discrimination in the workplace over their damn hair. Many black men don’t like or even know anything about natural black hair, ESPECIALLY on women. Black women creating their own natural hair movement to create a safe space and culture for them to wear their hair is what popularized natural hair culturally.

But only on the Coli. Just deny, deny, deny and blame bw.

On the other hand, equally embarrassing as some blk dudes gaslighting is black c00n females letting whites pet their hair for validation. Non-blk dudes asking to “touch your hair” is just as bad as Black dudes not liking “peppa-headed chicks”. It’s fetishization and dehumanizing no matter how you cut it. White b*stards cannot save any damn body b/c they started this shyt in the first place.
:scust:
Luckily between weird, racists colonizers and self-hating blacks, there are many who genuinely like Afro-textured hair. And if they don’t, Fukk em. But I’m not gon sit here and pretend that certain people in our communities eyes don’t light up more when they see a bone straight blow out or some biracial curls over 4c textured hair. And I’m not even blaming black men or black women for being impacted by white supremacy. But we can’t work through shyt when we deny anything that makes us uncomfortable.

Theres just something about you.:mjlol:

^^^I distinctly remember when that video came out because either Pharrell or Snoop publicly fawned over Brazilian women saying "they have black women's bodies but with better hair."
And how many followers, viewers do these types influence? We talk about tweets with a few thousand likes, but what about sold out stadiums, millions of fans? All of this has an impact on how we view ourselves in a white-washed society.
“Hair long black and curly like you Cuban”

a black woman who dream man is Jason Moma writing paragraph' shyting on black men for liking lightskin's, biracial's exotic's, latina's, olive skin, long curly hair women

the dumb nikkas that actually dap that bytch's hypocritical post's constantly preaching to black men about colorism, white women worship lost and are the biggest blindest idiots

10. One of the 3 dudes on my short list of attractive white dudes. There's only three. Chris Hemsworth, Cullen Rutherford, Jason Mamoa.
madrid1.jpg

That body, those, eyes, the smile, the Pacific Islander look, that voice. Jason Mamoa bae for life.

He looks like a monster in bed.

Lmao! I forgot which one it was but those Jason Mamoa interviews be killing me. Dem chicks be eye fukking the whole time and he just so animated and oblivious. They don't even try to hide it
maxresdefault.jpg

mqdefault.jpg

lmao at the comments

Neither. Jason Mamoa or bust.

What you are referring to is the bitterness and resentment some NOT all of these dudes are exuding along with thirst in a lot of cases.

If u desperate for sex b/c u not getting any, ur energy is ENTIRELY different from dudes who are. This is also true for highly attractive men too. Men who are in command and very attractive on several levels are some of the most carefree types of guys around. Also some of the legitimately nicest dudes too. They not really slut-shaming or concerned about chicks body count. They not mad or resentful at women. None of the rules apply to them. Because they swimming in p*ssy and potential p*ssy. So they can afford to be nice and carefree.

Look at Jason Mamoa.

LMAO! This dude can obviously pull whoever, whenever. (:laff:That's ole girls's husband in that first pic. "It's Mr. Steal Yo Girl.")
You think Jason sitting around mad, seething about bytches and hoes and that shyt? HOHs for what? This dude literally married who the fukk he wanted even tho Lisa Bonet is like 20 years older than him. People be talking shyt talm bout why a fine dude didn't choose somebody younger? B/c he's Jason Mamoa. He is free to date, marry, impregnate anybody he chooses b/c he has nothing to prove. Ain't gotta be disrespectful or an a$$hole.

Some very attractive people are legitimate a$$holes. Others are sweet and have a totally different energy b/c they ain't got nothing to prove, so they can enjoy life and women instead of worrying about em. They not on edge or frustrated. And if they face rejection, they get over it. I can't envision Mustafa Shakir sitting around hating women. He too busy making chicks shiver in his presence.

Same thing goes with women too.
:yeshrug:

Even tho Jason Mamoa is fine as hell, Black Panther was about 80 times better.

Buy a bunch of sedative meds from Target Pharamacy and stash em in some raw meat.

Feed it and Kill it when it falls asleep. Or you can poison it.

I'm bringing Jason Mamoa along as my celebratory fukk (sorry Lisa).

bytch Betta have my money.

Alternatively I wouldn't want to kill it. Instead train it and keep the tiger and the millions.

:comeon: Jason Mamoa

Jason got that
