Ya, these "I'd flip it" tales are hilarious to me...most can't flip the hundreds at their fingertips now but they act like they'd navigate hundred thousand dollar deals with ease.

I know everyone has a high opinion of themselves (whether it's business savvy or frugality) and their ability to stay rich. However, as I alluded to earlier, I'd bet if you looked at it statistically, most people would have a far greater chance at being rich ten years from now if they choose to let the pro shoot.

You'd have to make a concerted effort to blow through $2B
