No swipes at the brehs for trying to do the right thing but it seems like the story always starts and ends the same

Get married at like 22, he goes away, shes home suck'n and fukk'n, he comes home and has to sort out the mess she made

This is no way to treat our veterans :damn:

They should make it so people can't get married until the dude completes his service

Oh yes I've known a few.

My Platoon Sgt ended up getting divorced from the typical hood-rat whore and got him a nice, sweet tenderoni who held him DOWN while we were in Afghanistan. They are still happily married 3 years later. Always posting pics on FB together and all that cutesy shyt. Happy for him too, he was a great Sgt and leader for us.

Another Sgt, dude has 4 kids with his wife and she also holds him down. They went through two deployments with zero drama. Doesn't hurt that homie has arms the size of cannons and could easily rip a man's spine out of his back..

It's mostly these younger soldiers who get in, fall in love with the first girl who throws some p*ssy at him, and marries her without knowing her more than a month who have all of the drama.

That and the Cacs. Cacs ALWAYS have some type of marital drama, not saying there aren't some crazy black Simps in the military but these Cas take that shyt to the NEXT level:snoop:

My dad was in the military and they survived it. I can tell you that the clubs are packed the Friday after a deployment. I think back then without Facebook, people could keep that shyt on the low.

ProTip Youngbloods! If you're anywhere NEAR an army base, hit up the local clubs the weekend after the major units head out for training or overseas.

This.

And that applies to anyone getting married. Fall in love with just a big booty and a smile and that marriage is falling apart after a certain amount of time.

Y'all better start researching these girls before you take that next step. The only people that don't show their true colors eventually are sociopaths and unlike what movies tell you they are very very rare people.

i know several, my husband and i included. alot of second marriages represented amongst our friends, long term extremely happy.
not only did we do multiple deployments but the last 2 years of his career he was geobaching in a remote base on the other side of the country
it was miserable, but we got through it.

cosign what @Ziggiy said, its usually the real young ones who marry their hs boo that their momma never liked or the first local chick that gives them some ass cause they are lonely and want to have some sense of family.

I know a handful that made it. My folks and my grandparents, both enlisted in the Army. But i remember my uncle got commissioned in the late 80's, and by the early 90's he was done:mjcry:its fukked up bc dude makes hella loot. Supplied her lifestyle, put all 3 kids through college, bought them all starter cars, etc.

She just couldnt take being alone for a year while he was in Korea:wow:so she cheated

Now i just signed my paperwork for the Coast Guard, i get commissioned in '17 but hearing about this cheating shii makes my soul burn slow:sadcam:

there's a couple in gov't housing where the wife is pregnant with another man's child and the husband has a baby on the way from another woman. and they still live together with their 2 sons. I swear you can't make this shyt up. honestly, I blame the military for incentivizing marriage, especially to lower ranking members. the easiest way to put some extra money in your pocket as an e-3/e-4 is to marry your high school sweetheart are the first thot that throw you some p*ssy. shyts disgusting.

She was getting trained in my living room a month later.

I feel bad for participating now. I was a young buck :francis:

Or because they wanna get out of the barracks and make more bread while the chick wants the benefits and believes she never has to work again....

But yeah, like others, we've seen it work and seen it fail miserably. My one E8 went through hell his first couple tours then divorced and married another chick he served with (white lady cool af though.. Stacked). And now she's retired and he's still in and she's a contractor making bank. They're doing great too..

A guy I served with has been with his wife for 15 years. He deployed to Iraq two times and Afghanistan once. She held him down during all his deployments.

Another Marinel I served with married his high school sweetheart a week after we graduated boot camp. When he reported to MCT he was bragging about marrying her. She was cute too. They've been together since like the 9th grade.

Unrelated but one of my roommates that I was serving with beat the crap out of his girlfriend that sucked off four other Marines. Dude ended up getting a bad conduct discharge.
