this topic is hella flawed. Lelouch and Itachi are dependant on eye powers which people like Goku and Aizen are prolly too fast/have too much willpower to prolly be hit by those. Not to mention latter two have recieved so many cheat codes its not funny. Sailor Moon can use the moon crystal which could basically wipe out the whole shebang (or revive em) if she wanted too.

Sailor moon might be the strongest one on the list, she's just not a killer. Goku has a tendency to hold back too much for my liking, and he's an idiot. Alucard, Kenshiro,Kira, Aizen, Lelouch, and itachi are true tested killers. Out of all of them, I have to give it to Kenshiro, he can fight as good as goku and he's lethal.
