The only continent in the world were the people can be totality self sufficient if only they can use their own resources. If you're going over there expecting to be a american you might as well stay here. You ain't going there for security or live like a american in Africa. You're not going to Africa because it's in a better condition your going to build. IF you build in Africa you can build once and for all if your build in america it will continue to be torn down. It only takes one life time if excuted right. It's plenty of countries that were moderate or poor that later became wealthy.
