You're posting McMansions without contextualizing that these places are often right next to aluminum huts and shanty towns. Without the knowledge that police brutality against blacks is actually WORSE in South Africa and most parts of Africa because the judicial system and institutions are crooked and not well-run. Basic things like electricity, internet and clean water while available being significantly scarce. No it isn't wrong to want to immigrate somewhere but don't create a mirage in order to do so.

Dude, I am from Detroit and have lived in the PJs in SW. Even the worst hoods have water, electricity, heating and inexpensive ways to connect to the Internet. And no, America does not have anywhere near people living in absolute poverty or in the kind of lack of infrastructure you'd find in the rural areas and overpopulated areas of Africa. Posting the ultra rich urban areas of a country where Africans and foreigners who look down on the majority does nothing to convince that it is somehow the norm or equivalent to life in the West.

I've seen both places it's damn near equivalent. Furthermore people with the same standard of living in Africa as you yet they have no mortgage payments or credit card bills. The economics operate different there. You woulnd't know living in a basement in your titanic of a country.
