I'll add my man Phil Dunphy because he needs some consideration.

-Keeps it positive at all times even though he sometimes struggles in a tough housing market in LA.
-Doesn't revert to underhanded tactics at his job either.
- Teaches his kids important life lessons and trusts them to make the best decisions.
-Was the mentor of a tech millionaire.
-Does everything he can to show his nag of a wife how much he loves her.
- Still loves his overbearing a$$hole of a father in law, but checks him when necessary, especially when it comes to his family.
-Keeps a close relationship with his father.
-Had a black best friend before he mysteriously disappeared.

Uncle Phil was a great man but I'm not sure if I would put him at the top of the list.

- hillary was way too spoiled and pampered
- sometimes his children didn't really respect him
- his children (his GROWN children) acted callously towards one another, even one time going as far as to blackmail and exploit one another
- his children were sometimes more comfortable confiding in THE BUTLER than they were their own father.

not sayin phil wasn't a great dad but he did have his faults.

Michael Kyle from My Wife & Kids,he always taught his kids life lessons , didn't baby them. he also was a good inspiration cuz he started his own business from nothing

Floyd Henderson from Smart Guy, his wife passed away and he raised 3 kids by himself

Bernie Mac aka Uncle Bernie from Bernie Mac Show, he took in his sister kids and raised them like they were his at Vanessa for acting the way she acted towards him. you were living in the projects and now your rich, be happy he could've let yall go into foster care
