Well, Brock vs Rock II has been Vince's wet dream for years now...him winning the Rumble would be something else, the mixed reaction would be glorious 
But they do have a A LOT of time to fill before the main event so who knows if it's just a promo or a challenge for Mania.
He has to make an appearance now though, Philly fans will chant for him and ruining another Rumble just for the fukk of it would be a shame.
