If you've watched Chalmers play since his arrival to the nba you'll know that dude is hot and cold as fukk. He'll do something good and then fukk up soon after. His decision making is horrible at times as well as his shot selection. I think Cole is better overall minus the shooting, but neither one is to blame for the Heat losing to the Spurs. I mean who didn't expect Parker to win that match up is the bigger mystery. Them nikkas ain't on that level, so it should have never been expected of them to magically improve against one of the top PG's in the league.
I know some nikkas will disagree, but I always felt that Spo's bad coaching and Lebron not stepping it up in the crucial moments were always the Heat's biggest problems. Spo doesn't know how to use talented offensive PF's and showed that with Beasley and later on showed that with Bosh who is 2x better. His rotations suck and he relies on Wade and Lebron winging it rather than an actual offensive strategy that incorporates the whole team.
Lebron has moments where he goes into panic mode/jack up bad shots instead of attacking. If nobody steps up during that moment, the rest of the team kind of falls in line with that style of play and eventually lose.
