Downloaded and tested it. Listening to hip hop in Bloodborne is somewhat strange :heh:

:scust: Of course it's strange. Just cuz you can play whatever music over whatever game, doesn't mean that you should do it, lol smh.

They got the original Castlevania: Symphony of the Night OST on Spotify though, now THAT is Bloodborne apropos. THat and a few other CV or similar style games OSTs, like the horror themed Killer Instinct tracks (mainly Sabrewolf's and Spinal's), which is also on Spotify. I'm already setting up my gaming playlists for the right games. Can't just be playing anything with anything, unless it's driving style games, then whatever's clever in those cases.

Anyone else notice that the music wouldn't play through all the surround speakers?

Instead of getting true 5.1, you'll get surround stereo. The same thing playing in the front two speakers will be playing in the rear speakers. You'll get no directional audio.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Not a huge deal, cept for games that take good advantage of that directional sound. That kinda blows tho.

Because all music nowadays is mixed in 2.0. You're going to have to change your receiver settings to matrix that into 5.1, but that would also affect you game audio.

That's exactly what I'm doing: "Forcing" the 2 channels across all speakers. It works on the Spotify on my PC, but not on the PS4 version. I thought at first that my rear speakers were toast.
