Spotify is great for playlists

Truly horrible if you download music still and listen to a lot of genres. Apple is so convenient syncing wise

How is it horrible for downloading music when you can download music to your comp still and have them auto sync to your Spotify local library automatically if your music file is set up with Spotify, as well as download anything on there servers instantly? It actually used to sync up downloaded music even faster, better and less arduous than iTunes did. I say "used to" only cuz I'm unaware if iTunes has improved itself with that now that I've long since stopped using iTunes for that very reason.

Only real flaw with Spotify's downloaded music is that you can't just stream music from your computer to your phone when you're outside of your home network or share those songs/playlist with friends either. Tho the same could be said with iTunes last I checked unless they've added that feature.

Absolutely kills me that people don't want to pay $10 a month for a streaming app, but they just go and download the ish for free!
I was on Apple music, but I have had Spotify for like 5 years now. It's just smooth, easy interface (especially after they changed the navigation buttons to the bottom) and it rarely fukks up.

I did like Apple music, but I didn't like the fact there were 2 tabs for your music depending how you downloaded it. I can't remember specifically the issue. And there was an album I just couldn't delete for some reason.

I used spotify for 4 years. Plenty of times the local files won't show up at random moments which is where the music you own/downloaded goes. It's been a major complaint of those for years who don't just stream but actually have tons of music of their own . I've discussed this multiple times in multiple threads. It's an issue not worth paying $10 for.

How do you not have the option to sort music by Artist/album/genre WITHOUT using local files and why is my music greyed out at random times when i KNOW it's on my cpu?

When I add music from apple its automatically on my phone within seconds. Apple has given me zero issues.

The greyed out issue is something I have experienced before I admit. Tho I've experienced similar and worse issues using iTunes as well. So I'll stick with Spotify, as it's been in my experience, the lesser evil for certain and just all-around, much more convenient.
