I had the worst experience dealing not only with a phone company but a company in General when I had the service a few months back...first off..I couldn't even really enjoy my phone cause of the TERRIBLE service and network issues...I fukkin bet Metro PCS has better service...but their CUSTOMER SERVICE is an utter fukkin joke and I got to the point where I felt like I was being scammed..that's how terrible of an experience I had..they go against their OWN words and no one gives u the same information..doesn't matter if shyt is notated or not...fukk Sprint

Sprint has been giving horrible service since fall 2012. I've call them multiple times and the operators told me that the attenas need to be repaired and will send someone out to fix them but never do. I'm confused, is the problem switching from WiMAX to LTE? Don't matter my contract is up in Feb and I'm switching.
