Okay. But based on what criteria? How can the commish dictate to a coach who he has to play? It may not be good for fans or ratings, but I think this is pretty egregious abuse of power for a commissioner to start punishing coaches for who they choose to play on their roster.

Pop been doing this for 4 seasons now. Stern didn't care until he did it on a primetime televised game against the defending champs. fukk that greedy b*stard.

C'mon, you're better than this. :stopitslime:

It's not in the best interests of the game.

These guys are professional athletes and every team has 4 games in 5 nights stretches.

It's a slap in the face to the fans who paid to see this game expecting a great matchup, plus the ratings are gonna plummet since no one is gonna watch this bullshyt now.

I'd like it if I didn't have to show up to work when I have to work back-to-back days, but that's not how it works. :yao:

Can't wait to see what these substantial sanctions are. Stern's winning me back lately. :obama:

oh most definitely. The nikka is laying his ass off with that schedule shyt. The nikka rather rest players playing one of the best teams instead of a weaker team. fukkin bullshyt man.

nikka i'm so mad. I had this shyt planned out nice. Got to the crib, took a good ass nap and get ready to close out the nigth with some good ball n this nikka fukk trolled the shyt outta me.

They play the Grizzlies on Saturday. Makes more sense to have them fully rested for that game (against one of the best teams) than at half strength against both the Heat and Grizzlies, no?
