you made a comment saying the court ordered her to put that 40k aside in case she gets in a jam again. You were wrong.

The court ordered the 40k to go to a college trust so at least 40 will have to go towards education for her kids so they don't end up like her.

I don't know how you assumed that 40k was to help her get off her feet AGAIN:mjlol:
Montgomery's office lowered the amount of money she had to set aside from $60,000 to $40,000. In the new deal, $10,000 would have been placed into an education fund for each child and another $10,000 would go toward a child-care trust.

A portion 40k was supposed to be for child care which I stated but I was wrong about a place to stay. But yes money in the trust for child care and education for the kids.

The money was donated by people who wanted to help her get OUT of her situation.

The judge/prosecution/whoever told her she needs to put a portion in a trust for the kids to ensure what happened with not having childcare or a place to stay doesn't happen again.

From the news stories, its various accounts on how much she actually has left or what she's done with the money.

If it was me, I would take care of any behind bills and debt then acquire housing and pay the bills on that for a year. Plain and simple. After thats taken care of, then the trust will be created and if the judge has an issue then we'll handle it in court. I'll be prepared to show the judge receipts and bank statements to show where the money was going.

Putting money in the trust was not an option.. it was required as part of her plea deal which she accepted to have the felony charges dropped, keep her kids, and not go to jail. If she didn't want to put the money in trust she could have turned down the plea deal and go trial.

And she refused to show the court financial documents showing she even had any of the money left. And based on the fact that the lawyer who was working with her for free has stopped representing her its safe to assume aint much of that money left. Read the quote.

"Taylor failed to provide financial documents in previous hearings. Taylor said that the money was in her mother's account and she didn't want to turn that over court records because of her mother's tax issues."

Who was it that said women aren't builders but nurturers and spenders? :mjpls:

Anybody with common sense.

women are spenders

a single man is fine with a regular bed, a 40 inch tv on a 50 dollar wal mart stand and a 150 futon, basic white fridge.

Women are the ones with the mahogany bed head, 3 piece leather couches, stainless steel appliances. It's why most ads are marketed to women they are the spenders.

This. I believe stats show women spend as much as 60% of household income. This means they are not only spending their own money, but they are also spending their husband's money. They are consumers/spenders, not builders, which is why the idea of having an effective matriarchy is sheer folly.

If I were the judge I would require 80K in the trust fund minimum because the money was given to her ONLY because people felt sorry for her kids.

IT's not her money

Her decision making is the reason why she is a single mom.

She feels entitled to the money. It's not hers...it's for the kids.

The judge was smart to request a trust fund.
Im not disagreeing on that im saying dont group all single mothers with her. Aint no disputing it some trash ass momas out there but its also some out there to no fault of their own besides bad decision making on men and go out n provide a decent life for they kids w/o any assistance or handouts. It was just a young black single mom who graduated with 3 degrees on her own so cut the bs chris.
