If thats what they money was designated for why tf not. Dont negate ya kids early on with what if they dont go to college when that should be ur goal even if its not college college at least a cc or trade school but dont count them out b4 they even start.

Can I add, that its quite discouraging that a mother struggling to find a good paying job feels that their kids won't have the ability to go to college.
Edit: Because I know this statement will be taken out of context. The mothers comments don't sound like a parent that wants the best educational opportunity for their child. What parent doubts the academic ability and opportunities afforded to their child before they even step foot into school? If this is the hope and positive energy that you display for your kids then you've already failed as a mother. SHE should be the one putting the stipulation in that they have to go to college. shyt she should be like fukk that them muhfukkas are getting PHD's. The parent should always be more enthusiastic about the childs future.

That's the only reason I can think of her mindset to not want to put the money in a fund if the kids couldn't get access
based on the publicity of the story, if she wanted a job she would have found one.
