Squats and Feeling Dizzy

this happened to me yesterday. I usually don't do squats, but i decided to add them to my routine. I was doing 225 squats 8 reps. After each set, i had this 10 second period where i felt really dizzy.

Anyone experience this?

are you drinking enough water to stay hydrated during your workout?

Either you didn't give yourself enough rest between sets or you are holding your breath too long on the way up.

shyt always happens to me, especially when I get close to my max. :manny:

Just take longer rest periods breh it should help a bit.

So this is a little more normal than I thought. It happens to me also, but not to any of my boys.

I second the breathing; I was guilty of doing that, and it wasn't even on barbell squats, I was on the v-squat machine, with 2 45s and a 25 on each side. I wasn't breathing properly, finished a set, stepped down, and thought I was gonna be :dead:

Breath... Air is essential to muscle function, especially during moderately difficult lifts...

I know people give those the :childplease: face to those "typical gym bros" when they're in the gym grunting and breathing extra had during their lift, but the shyt helps :ehh:
