I guess you’ve never did squats because they work out your core too. :what:

Try to be a smart ass but look like a dumb ass brehs. :mjlol:

I know they do. Now let me ask you again, how does training your muscles (any of them) contribute to more increased activity within your digestive system?

Stop the deflecting and just answer the question since you obviously know so much about this.

I read this in the entry for squats:

And exited the page immediately. This is straight up bro science. Also the article you posted is about having easier bowel movements.

Your OP was about having increased bowel movements. You even said you have no problems with going to the bathroom. That article you posted, aside from being bro-science, doesn't even prove what you yourself is trying to say. :unimpressed:
A quick google search “squats exercise make you poop more” will show you multiple articles backing up my words. You’re probably not doing the correct posture exercise or you’re constipated consistently. :skip:

Do you know how stupid you sound? You’re working out your core, making your food move through your body faster. You’re not just working out muscles, idiot. Why do you think there’s routines called total body workout? :dead:

Has to be a difference in just starting to doing them since 1995!(damn I was ten) to OP

Yes but my point is I've never had an increase in bowel movements and this was lifting for football, so that should tell you that we were supervised properly in regards to form, and we were doing heavy weights for mass and power.

Had numerous shıt-talking sessions (no pun intended) with teammates in HS and college where nothing was too sacred to talk about, including bowel movements, and I've never in my life heard anyone make the assertion that squats led to an increase in bowel movements. Never.

The amount of tension and contraction applied to abdominal muscles can directly contribute to bowel movements. The reason so many people are constipated and have old rotten food in their gut is a result of weak muscles. Also when you're trained enough you know that real shytting comes from the core

As far as digestion my earlier post about muscle development's relation to metabolic function applies

You're gonna sit here right now and tell me that when you do squats, which is completely based on training just your muscles, bone density, and connector points, that you're also affecting your stomach, intestines, pancreas, liver, kidneys, and gallbladder?

So you must also believe that one can drink alcohol to an extreme extent and it's all good on those internal organs as long as you're lifting weights?

Matter of fact we're done with this conversation before I acquire whatever stupid vibes you're putting out in this thread. No answer necessary I know all I need to by now. Enjoy your squats and your shyts, bro :mjlol:

In all seriousness as someone who's dealt with digestive issues since I was a teen, I've been doing squat workouts for years and it really doesnt affect me in that department. What got going regularly was when I stopped eating meat back in 2017 and I made the conscious effort to eat green veggies in some way shape or form daily whether it be a veggie delight from subway for lunch, some brocolli as a side at dinner, etc that worked wonders for me. Im not here to try to persuade people to stop eating meat cus what I eat might not make you shyt ( comic rimshot) but I've heard people complain of being bloated and always being constipated and having a hard time passing stools and I tell them I had the same issues until I gave up meat. Worked wonders for me.
veggies are essentially roughage...made for digestion.
they're actually a little rough on your stomach.

I bet if you did meat only with keifer/stock/sauerkraut you would have similar if not better results.

if youre eating subway subs wouldnt be surprised if you have a bread/sugar sensitivity.

look up the GAPS diet...
...it healed my stomach after ingesting some teeth whitener.
