It's true. I've seen tall brehs in the squat rack, on the bench, cable crossover...yall gotta adjust to that shyt in weird ways. Not to mention, your gains

Hate working out with people that are a lot shorter than me because I always have to adjust after each one of their sets.It sucks breh. Doesn't hurt me tbh, but it is very uncomfortable unless you are flexible.
I also hate when your shirt arm bro benches about the same weight as you and doesn't realize your range of motion is like 1.5 times more because of how long your arms are
