What's your goal? You lifting to tone up or gain strength/muscle?

Hmmmm both.

I mix it up though. Sometimes I'll squat heavy and sometimes not as heavy. I try to do sets of 15-20.

I do leg presses too and ham curls if you know what that is. I also run too.

So you work legs twice a week? One heavy day and one light day? You should throw in some walking lunges and stiff legged deadlifts.

This is true, I'm only 5'11 but man it feels like a long travel to go all the way down. I just recently had to start over so I could focus on going all the way instead of just 90.
