You were asking a rhetorical questions with an implied answer. You ain't slick but since we on the subject yes I use additional weights.

I don't use an olympic bar but I have 35 kg in each side to do 15-20 reps about three times. I use the Olympic bar to do about rep 30 for a cool downs.

Same weight for my leg presses with the same reps.

:ehh:Keep it going. In no time, you will be doing 50 squats for reps. Them leg exercises:letyasoulglow:It's the GOAT muscle group as you can pound them much more often than the others,
and make rapid progress so long as your knees are good.

Dudes just have terrible form. Im 6'3 abd i used to suffer from terrible form, thats why i dropped all my weight down to 225 and worked on my form and flexibility for a long time and then worked my way back up to the 300s for working sets. In the past i would do like 505 but with terrible form and not enought depth, that aint going to do nothing but kill you one day.

Long story short, quit trying to keep up with others and lower the weight and get your form in check, even if it takes a few months.

I hate when ppl say "Dont let your knees go past your feet!" Im like "mother fukker I'm 6'1. They either go forward or Im ending up on my back".

But I dont do squats anymore. Ass too big already. Just leg extensions

nikkaz need to stop comparing themselves to pros all the time.
Especially benching,...nikkaz just get new weight on the bench and think they static supposed to be Olympic bench pressing rep standard when they first get on.
No, you have to build your static.
Your static does not have to be an Olympic or lift competition static every rep and lift.

Riding my ex bike back in '13 messed up my knees.
