Some y'all really need to drop the tall guy excuse and get your form right.

My brother is the strongest guy I know (personally), and dude is like 6'3.

Squats wasn't his best but he could do them without complaining.

Dude does 360lbs in reps... That used to be my max back when I benched for numbers.

If you're lanky and frail that might be because of your body type but has nothing to do with height. The taller you are the more mass you can hold.

I think it might be nikkas body type and form more than height.

Squats and leg presses are the hardest and most dreaded excercises for me being 6'4 with like 37in legs. Ima long lanky nikka but got an ok upper body. My calves :francis: my quads are ok tho.

Breh, do you feel like a freak sometimes? I'm 6'5 and someone is always marveling about how tall I am to the point where it gets kind of annoying. Cause when you're tall, you don't necessarily "feel tall" I could only imagine how it would be if I were your height or taller. I can't complain too much tho because I done got my foot in the door with a lot of bytches based off height alone

Reminds me of my white homeboy who's like 6'4

Almost everyday someone mentions his height and he was like :beli:

They tried to make him do all the heavy, hard physical shyt at work and he was like:beli:

Whenever he said something smart or witty, people were surprised like he was supposed to be big and stupid and he was like:beli:

shyt was hilarious to me. He definitely took advantage of it when it came to women and It's definitely better than being short but it has its negative moments as well

Man look, I still hit the gym 2-3 days a week, but I've jut come to accept that I'm gonna be a tall slim nikka for life. People said, oh just wait until you turn 30, your metabolism will slow down:rudy: I'm 32 now and still the same build. I've tried to do the protein shake thing, the bulking thing, all that shyt. I don't know if me being 6'5 has something to do with it, or maybe a nikka is just weak:ehh: I really don't give a fukk anymore. I never had a problem pulling bytches, it's just been something that i was personally insecure about. But I'm not about stress over trying to get swole no more, some shyt just ain't meant to be

As long as you have a knee dominant and a hip dominant movement you're good. Doesn't have to be conventional shyt

Yea, when I initially started my journey where I lost 90+ lbs I would look up a lot of stuff and also watch you tubers, and always noticed the subtle stuff especially how they refer to all Black dudes as BBC and stuff. Now I dont rock with the culture at all especially since everyone is on roids and bodybuilding doesnt = healthy. Majority of the diet and stuff is not meant for black folks (high protein low carb diets), so it does me no good looking to people who do not understand my genetic make up for fitness advice. Most of the vanity in the whole bodybuilding world is just dudes trying to over compensate for their natural short comings, its some demonic stuff.

I dont plan on squatting again until all of the new yrs resolutioners are out of the gym, dont have time to be waiting for weights and stuff so my focus for the next few months will be things like deep leg press, stiff leg DB dead lifts, Leg curls, and leg extensions.
