NBA players are probably the most :flabbynsick: of any sport. Its either that or they are skinny af. I cant even name 10 players in the entire league that I would consider swole.

The fact that Lebron James stands out so much on the floor should tell you something, and he weighs less than I do.

I'm 5'8 180 and struggled to haul my ass over a 6'0 wall last night..I felt my biceps bursting as I tried scaling the wall..I knew I was:flabbynsick:but damn son:snoop:..

I'd never admit that shyt openly in person but online..where and how the hell do I begin to correct my sorry physical state:mjcry:

Stopped squatting too because the shyt is just too ackward. I was getting by on parallel squats but that shyt started wearing my knees down. Now its just leg press, hack squat, and leg extensions. One heavy workout and a light workout.

Tall people , if your gym has a super squat machine take advantage. Its much better for us taller folk

same fukking thing for me! i'm 6'4 and can't gain a pound! but i've been on creatine these last two weeks and feel the added weight of the water in your muscles so I would try that

yea, this true with alottathe power lifts

tall lanky bruhs with long ass arms can't bench either. i seen some 6'6 dude with kevin durant arms struggling to bench the bar with 35s.

girl came after him and put on 45s and repped em

being short is is 10x worse than not being able to squat/bench

I'm 6'1 and I used to go really heavy on the squat like 405ibs and max at 15 reps then I hurt my lower back. I'm too scared to go heavy like that again :sadcam:

Now I try not to go so heavy I start with 135 pounds with 30 reps. Then my second and last set with be 315 pounds with 15 reps.

If you struggle with back squats, dead lifts or bench press here are some tips

Bench . Use dumbbells, or do at least a hundred pushups a day. Chicks won't know the diffrence.d

Squats.

Front squats for quads or hacks, go heavy on hacks, fukk that leg press, it's not made for tall folk.

Dead lifts

A trap or hex bar, the one you step in the middle of with the handles on the side. Natural range of motion and easier on your back. For more diificult reps flip the bar over, this forces you to go lower in tbe movement.

If you're tall you want a nice athletic frame. That's all you need .

I used to hate squats until some random dude told me my form was wrong and showed me proper form. Most people mind their own business in the gym but I’m glad he took a moment to give me some helpful input. It wasn’t even low key flirting, I was pretty close to fukking my neck and back up.

Anyway, I’m 5’7 with a short torso so I’m practically all leg. Squats is a must
