Just because you can do it doesnt mean u should. I mean we are human, there is gonna be a price to pay someday.
Why would you not keep increasing the weight as you get stronger? Why limit yourself?
You snap something usually because a) your form is trash and/or b) you're lifting weight that you can't handle. Get the best of both worlds by increasing the amount of weight you lift AND your max rep count.Just because you can do it doesnt mean u should.
