Basically means that all the fundamentals - short interest, cost to borrow, ITM calls - point towards an imminent short squeeze. This is assuming, of course, a fair market that is regulated to ensure a proper and balanced execution of trades.

Just have to keep the pressure on them. The basic cheat code to the corruption of this market is for retail to hold and force hedges to spend an untold amount of money to keep the price down. This is basically another front in a war against hedges that includes the fights over GME and AMC.
