And I’m talking about from Caribbean’s and other black foreigners. I think someone explained it to me once, but I forgot.

Same in NYC. But some Haitians swore it was BAs that was on it. It was always fellow Caribbeans who were on it the most.
One of the many reason why I know that Caribbean and African unity folks talk is only for show online. Offline is a different story.
