Nah I haven’t. If it’s coming downtown I might try it since I work down there. Usually go for the Sugarfire on Washington when I want BBQ for lunch.

But one place that has jumped near the top of the list is Salt and Smoke. Their smoked wings are :brutuswow:.

It's going to be across from Busch on Spruce... where the Flying Saucer used to be... its Memphis style bbq... and they make their sauces in house... I'll find their new name and let ya know

That's what they changed the name to!


Probably gonna hit them up when I go to Busch here in a couple weeks for some games... their old place was so small, they had like 3 tables and a couple bar stools in the front window and a line out the door... ALWAYS! My buddy used to be the GM of the Flying Saucer so all that new space they got will do them a lot of good.
