I’ve heard some good things about y’all fried rice. What’s the carryout culture like in STL (think NYC with the fried wings w/ BBQ sauce or duck sauce, or DMV with the fried wings and fries w/ mumbo sauce on boffum, or Bmore with the saltpepperketchup and Old Bay on their fried wings and Western fries and a half-n-half or “lake trout” w/ hot sauce, or The Chi with the mild sauce)?
