Listen. I'm not even FBA/ADOS, but I'm getting sick and tired of Black Americans being undermined for reparations and specific tangible benefits.
These black democratic politicians are always using trick bag language like black and Brown, minorities, people of color, disadvantaged communities, anything to avoid addressing black Americans specifically and it's pathetic.
Everybody else can get specifics without hesitatation...
But when it comes to black Americans it's "we don't have the time now", "we don't have the resources", "we need to study it", "our hands are tied"....all the excuses in the book.

As much as it pains me to say, fukking stacey and kamala in the context of those clips are correct.
And it doesn't speak to anyone else BUT white people in America when its political suicide to even mention some policy or hell ANYTHING for 'blacks only'...

If we only represent 12% of the population so they can’t address or needs without losing majority of votes, why can they address LGBT issues? LGBT (trans) especially get specific laws passed for them.

She's basically saying be smart about it, if you focus on benefits for black Americans only EVERY other race (that hates us) is going to get mad or feel left out. She even says she tried that before and lost because of it.
It is 2022, we can not afford to not understand the game in this country. We need to move smart, seize power, and bring about the changes we want to see.
She wasn't even being that subtle about that being her intention in this interview either. Like come on.

Because that whole "play the game" talk is complete bullshyt. They have no intention of getting in and then doing this specifically for us.
Lgbt is color neutral. Bruh it is obvious. A WASP can have LGBTQ family members. Their group spans other races.
To everyone who disagrees, can we vote in enough numbers to get people in who mention “black only?” Anyone who pays attention to politics knows exactly what happens when you mention black. Black farmers eventually get subsidies that white farmers were getting all along…and whites were mad.

Bullshyt. LGBTQ still deals with huge amounts of racism. Black lgbtq are some of the poorest people in the country. They are a fake double minority. Claim minority but have access to whiteness. They can’t lose.

Its why its not political suicide to make policies for them but not black people
