If anyone on here is from South Philly (or ever went to the Halloween parties at the Moshulu), they might be able to figure out who I am and/or what organization/website I'm referring to just off the shyt I listed. And even after we shut the website down we kept running the food/clothing/toy drives, and running the bball leagues. The courts were just new breakaway rims, backboards, and painting the court--cost us about $1500 and about 20 hours of labor plus sneaking into the playground like 6 in the morning on a Saturday cause the city didn't give us permission to do it.

You cited Kareem and Russell, and they're both on record voicing support for the football players you seem to be slighting
The only thing that will be enough is exporting The Pale Face back to the Caucaus mountains of which they came.
..but unfortunately that ain't happening anytime soon....so reminding men of Moorish Descent of who they are and that they do not have to tolerate 2nd class status is more than enough...considering the situation that we are in..

Edit. Just read above. Assuming what you typed above is correct you should feel proud that other athletes are stepping up to give a voice to the voiceless. But you seem like a furious CAC despite your self reported good deeds, so I'll let you cook.

Actually at the time Mahmoud did it the NBA had no fine for not standing during the national anthem.
The league later put the fine in after Mahmoud didn't stand.
The rule also has a lot of vagueness to it because Brandon Roy was not standing for the anthem and he would stay in the tunnel during the anthem one season (was not fined as well) for like a year until some punk ass ESPN writer found out and did a piece on it.
The league suspended Mahmoud and fined him. He also stated that the league didn't even fine him and the shyt was PR on the league's part to show the fans and media WHO was in charge.
Mahmoud said he was really thinking about quiting and saying the hell with it. But one of his mentors was like that is stupid because folks need to see you take a stand it is that important. So his mentor was like just go out there and pray during the anthem instead. You can reach a middle ground with the league and still protest during the anthem.
