I find it rather ironic that people who go out to celebrate a day for the dead and engage in ghoulishness and conjure up evil spirits would actually die celebrating what they loved. They probably didn't see that coming.

Unsure if it was posted, but seems to be an issue with their president putting most of their police force guarding him instead of elsewhere in city. Plus, it seems there was a warning that the event will be packed and its insane how poor the city planned the crowd control because this could've been easily prevented.
