It was not an adjective till Nas made it one. It was just a character in an Em song previously.

It still wasn't a slang until Nas made it a slang. U can't reference anything without a source so it's pointless to say Nas wouldn't have thought of it without the Em song. That's the point. The Eminem song is the source material that makes the point of the insult connect. He turned a character in a song into a slang to call people.
