If Pistons were smart they would hire Bill Laimbeer
Wizards should take heed smhGreat opportunity for getting the right GM who can hire his own coach.

Stop giving full control to these portly ass white-men. Fat niccas like Thibs and Stan van can't control themselves at the buffet table yet are suppose to be able to control their impulses when making personnel decisions?

SVG is a good coach who did the best he could with a lackluster roster. 39 wins for that Piston team was great.
he had 4 years and did nothing though(prob made things worst with the Blake trade). he also drafted poorly with passing on Mitchell being the final nail probably
He basically ran away from his own mess.
Them likely taking his GM responsibilities was a convenient excuse to dip...
He knows you can't build around Drummond, and his low motor and lack of any skill set offensively will be career long issues for him.
He knows Reggie Jackson is a bench player miscast as a starting PG.
He knows Blake is not nearly the same player he was years ago.
He also drafted Stanley Johnson and Luke Kennard...which will go down as two of the worst 1st round draft picks in franchise history. Stan is a solid coach who GM'd himself into an impossible spot and then ran away because he knows this shyt is all bad right now.

He fukked the team over with his drafting and coaching.
It’s going to be tuff now ... can’t imagine them trading Blake when they just got himWe need to start this tanking shyt up next year to get a shot at one of the Duke players. Everybody should be available, Its over for this core. Then again with the new draft rules it might make since to finish 10th again.

Yeah...I think the days of the coach having both jobs is probably over.
Doc, Thibs & SVG all bombed

Drummond. The guy that liked that girl from iCarly![]()

the need for a fall guy.. when the roster need serious upgrades
get ya some shooters that fires at the rim before firing the coach..
*edit maybe not serious but still needed a better competing roster
